Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

  • All VetCart suppliers offer Australia-wide shipping. Our Australian sellers ship most orders within a few business days of ordering. Items listed as available at the time of purchase will be dispatched in line with the individual vendor's warehouse structure. Delivery can be expected between 3-7 business days from dispatch. Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances. 

  • If there is a further delay after your order has been dispatched, please contact the courier company listed on your dispatch notice directly.



Track Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a dispatch notification will be sent with a tracking number. Please note that for certain orders, tracking numbers will not be available.

  • Buyers are welcome to communicate with the vendors directly to follow up on the status of their order.
