The portable maximum and minimum thermometer allows for the recording of temperatures in whatever position the probe is located. It will record the lowest and the highest temperature it thas reached during the period of measurement. The MaxMin thermometers will need to be reset regularly, i.e. daily or weekly to suit the desired period of measurement.
